Meet the Charcot
For more than 40 years, The Charcot Therapy Centre has been a place where people come to feel supported, understood, and part of a community that genuinely cares. What began as a small, determined group of people living with MS has grown into a welcoming hub for anyone in Gloucestershire experiencing neurological or long‑term health conditions along with their families, carers, and support networks.
We are a community hub dedicated to supporting individuals and their support networks through every stage of their journey. Our blend of therapies designed to support your physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, including oxygen therapy, massage and acupuncture, exercise and rehabilitation, and wider wellbeing support, all designed to help people manage symptoms, maintain independence, and feel more like themselves again. But our story isn’t just about therapies. It’s about connection. It’s about walking alongside people as they navigate life with a long‑term condition. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels welcome, seen, and supported.
Our roots are humble, but our purpose has always been bold, to improve quality of life, offer practical therapies, and create a space where people can connect, breathe, and feel less alone.
